Users who are allowed to transcribe a text. They may not create new objects and may not
change anything except adding transcription to text for which they are granted the "Updater"
status.
Rights
- Can edit hieroglyphs for items within a particular corpus (only with the "Updater"
status).
Limitations
- Cannot edit transliteration, lemma or passport data of the corpus items.
- Without a Reader status in a given corpus, database object or text: can only view the
corpus items, but is not allowed to edit them in any way, which also includes hieroglyph
input.
- Database objects with a visibility status Reader, Group or Project will not be
visible when no status is assigned to the Transcriber.
- Cannot edit the Thesaurus and Lemma entries.
