After startup of the BTS
- Close the Database Manager (not necessary, if you worked on something else previously).

Click
"New Corpus". It is located above the Corpus Navigator. This
will open a window:

- Choose a name and a prefix (prefix: short name to reach corpus in the database). Optional: Tick the box to synchronize your new corpus with the central database. Other users will be able to see your new corpus only when you synchronize it. Otherwise, it will rest in offline mode on your PC. --> nachträgliche Änderung möglich? After you finished, click "OK". Cancel the creation with "Cancel".
- Your new corpus will appear in the corpora list.
